Combine your favourite fruits (you can mix and match with your favourite fruits) we used a combination of – 1 Frozen Banana, a handful of Strawberries, a handful of frozen Blueberries, a handful of Raspberries, 2 Dates ( deseeded ) *dates serve as a great natural sugar substitute and have many health benefits.2 scoops of WILD Natural Beauty Vegan Protein, 250ml Unsweetened almond milk, blend and enjoy.✌️??

For creamier texture use frozen fruit or add less less liquid.

Garnish with your favourite toppings, we used – Toasted coconut, fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries, desiccated coconut and crushed almonds.
